Moving into the Platinum level provided me with a different level of service and attention. The additional support and communication have made the experience feel much more personalised. Hence The overall structure, transparency, and regulated approach were key reasons I felt comfortable continuing my relationship with the platform and invest large.
I have found the Platinum benefits extremely valuable and worthwhile, especially the dedicated support from the account management team.
The trading floor manager and account manager have both been very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my journey. In addition that the regular cashback process has also been an important part of my experience, providing consistency and helping me plan my finances more effectively.

came in after a recommendation from someone i trust completely. first week was smooth. second week had a small account setup issue that took longer than expected to resolve. nobody proactively updated me — had to ask myself. once i did it was sorted fast. team is genuinely good, just that one gap in communication.
