Worse removalist WARNING . To anyone wanting to use this company QUICK SHIFT. DO NOT use them. They are one of the worse removalist companies I have ever come across. I hired them to move a large quantity of items which belonged to another person. I gave them a clear intruction, details, facts and information regarding the job. They fully understood what needed to be done and told me there would not be any issue with delivery. They did not stick to the time schedule as promised. I had to call them 3 times to find out what was going on. They made me wait from 9 am in the morning and did not arrive until 2pm. When they arrived they asked me fir up front payment of $350. I paid them thinking everything was fine. When they began loaning the items into the truck they took no care with the items and began throwing boxes into the truck as if they were nothing.. and while they were doing it they were laughing the whole time. I had to tell them off and not to throw the items into the truck. As I watched them packing items into the truck they had no idea what they were doing.i had to intervene and tell them what to do and then I had to get in the truck and start parking things myself.i was constantly having to tell them what to do. They were so disorganised and had no idea what they were doing. When the truck was packed and ready to go I did a quick check to make sure theg had missed anything. While I was doing this they suddenly jumped in the truck and drove off. They gave me no receipt or paperwork for the job.about 30 minute later they called me to say no one was home at the address I had given them. I told them to go to the side gate and drop everything off at the rear of the house. 30 minutes past and suddenly they were back at my home. I asked them what was going on they said no one was home at the other property so they are now bring the stuff back to my house to drop off. I said no you are not dropping the stuff off here. They were suppose to drop it off at the other property. I gave you company clear precise instructions. You understand clearly what needed to be done. They then started arguing with me. After further discussion i told them to take the item back to their storge facilities and hold the items there until they could deliver the item to the property. They refused to do this. They then said if they had to put the stuff in storage i had to pay them $500. I told them i was not going to pay them that money and said they were now trying to scam me. They then told me they were going to dump everything back onto my property. I told them not to trespass on my property and to go away and deliver the stuff to the address I had given them. They refused to do this and then said they would dump everything on the front of my verge. I told them NO you can't do that.. that is illegal dumping. It's against the law. They said they didn't care. I was then forced to call the city of stirling security who came to my home and told them they were not allowed to dump the stuff on the verge and if they did they would be fined. He told them it was illegal to dump anything on the verge. I then spoke with the company boss and he abused, threatened argued with me and did not care about anything I had to say. As I result of his disgusting behaviour i was forced to hang up. They removalist then drove off. As a result of what was going on I was forced to block my driveway with my vehicles in the event they may try to return while I was asleep. The following morning when I got up and looked out the front of my property I notice they had returned and dumped some of the property out on the verge. It was horrified to see what they had done especially when I say they had throw the expensive racing bicycle on the ground. I am now waiting to see if they are going to continue to come and dump more stuff out the front verge as the days go by. I will not report the company and take legal act against them.Talk about a serious nightmare these people are giving me. Their behaviour is atrocious and so so so bad.. Anyone reading this.. please do not use this company QUICK SHIFT..otherwise it could happen to you.
