Unprofessional and unresponsive service I placed a prepaid order on 17 April and still haven’t received any proper update. In the beginning they were replying and continuously giving false promises that my order would be dispatched by 7 May. But when 7 May came, they completely disappeared — not even online on WhatsApp, no replies to messages, no response to emails, nothing. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Taking prepaid payments and then ignoring customers is completely unprofessional and suspicious. Please guys, be careful before ordering from this website. Customer support is terrible and they don’t care after taking payment. Feels like a scam website.
