Perhaps a word of caution Real estate is for many the most significant investment one can make. I think it is crucial to work only with those you trust. InvestinSpain runs its business out of a 2 bedroom apartment in blatant disregard of local regulations and Community Rules. They consistently denied the obvious throughout 2025, leaving the Community no choice but to initiate legal steps to force them to stop. It begs the question, if anyone is prepared engage in such an egregious and utterly disrespectful fashion as this, when can they be trusted?
