Disappointing first-time experience
As a first-time customer, I had high hopes based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience left me disappointed. As someone new to hair extensions, I asked questions but later realized I was given false information. The extensions were applied far too close to my scalp, causing pain and redness, which only subsided after removal. Despite trying to book an appointment to address the issues, I couldn’t get a response. Ultimately, I had to get the extensions removed elsewhere, and other professionals were surprised by how poorly they had been applied. It was not the positive experience I expected.
