Rocky start, but grow team and customer service team for the save!
First 2 orders had issues. First one Drip Diamonds were contaminated and smelled like burnt plastic! The second order was placed before the first arrived and it had 3 more Drip Diamonds these were good, but the Packman vape had an electrical issue won't turn off or preheat and from full charge will only last 3 to 6 hits before completely dead! If not for the grow team and their incredible flower and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had they would have gotten a 2 to 3 star rating. Since I already had more Drip Diamonds coming they gave me store credit for the bad Drip Diamonds from the first order. However for the Packman vape I requested a replacement and they processed it the same day! The flower was very nice! All in all the quality of the flower and the impeccable customer service saved them my business because if not for that I would have just cut ties, but because of the grow team and the customer service team I will be sticking around and giving them a chance to earn a 5 star review!
