Unhappy experience
Cincy bath was our 5th company to quote us. First 4 states they couldn’t give us a double sink vanity that we wanted. Cincy bath said they could
Ordered vanity we wanted and once old torn out was told we couldn’t do because of electrical. Was a blow. Was offered a vanity top on them since ours was worthless. Reluctantly said yes and was given 5 colors to choose from. Picked one and when installed wife comes sadly and stated wrong color. Asked and was told “new vendor never used before”.
So….we now have a new bathroom we didn’t really get to pick out So before you drop $20k on Cincy bath think twice.
Ps if they would have said no to double sink we wouldn’t have signed
Installers are great though. Just looked out for 2 guys that run the show
