I had a frustrating experience with Meaningful Beauty regarding unexpected charges.
I canceled my account, but continued to be billed because a shipment had apparently been set up as a multi-month installment plan. This was never clearly explained to me, and I did not receive a clear billing statement outlining that I would be charged over time.
As a customer, I expect transparency—especially when it comes to ongoing charges. Being enrolled in what functions like a subscription or installment plan without clear, upfront communication is not acceptable.
I’ve reached out to resolve the issue and am still working toward a fair outcome. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review all terms and billing details before purchasing.
I hope the company improves its communication and billing practices so other customers don’t run into the same issue.
