Extremely disappointing experience with Ayala Land.
My refund process has taken over a year, filled with delays, excuses, and a complete lack of proper communication. I was required to go through a time-consuming, expensive process—including notarization, embassy visits, and international courier delivery—just to meet their requirements. Even after my consularized Deed of Cancellation was delivered to their office, I received no confirmation, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no response to my follow-up emails.
This has cost me not only financially but emotionally as well. What should have been a simple refund turned into a stressful, draining ordeal that I will never forget. I’ve lost complete trust in their system, and I would never recommend Ayala Land or Amicassa to anyone based on this experience.
Professionalism is not about beautiful marketing—it’s about how you treat people when problems arise. Sadly, this company failed miserably in that regard.
