How does an online company fail to acknowledge a transaction that clears in seconds
I made a Zelle payment of for an order on July 9, 2026, and provided the required screenshot. I received a message saying confirmation would arrive shortly.It’s been an hour and a half, and I still have no confirmation. For a digital payment that processes immediately, this delay makes no sense.Customers shouldn’t have to wait or wonder whether their payment was received. This experience has been frustrating, avoidable, and far below the standard any online company should meet.
