Beware! They are a nightmare!
The experience with this company can only be described as a roller coaster. At the beginning, when they are trying to get you as their client, they are extremely friendly and answer all your calls and questions. However, once you become a tenant, the situation is completely different. They do not answer the phone, and maintenance requests are ignored unless you mark them as urgent.
For example, I lived in one of their properties for five years and submitted three requests to address a mouse problem in the basement. They came twice, but the situation did not improve. They never addressed the third request.
When my lease was about to end, I asked them to check with the owner of the house to see if I could get a six-month extension. They never even asked the owner. The charges when I moved out of the property were extreme, and in order to dispute one charge for which I knew I had evidence, I was only able to communicate through emails. No one wants to speak with you or actually resolve the issues.
I definitely would not rent from them again, nor would I recommend them. They are a nightmare.
