They make mistakes I’ll change my rating if the outcome is positive. As of yet, I’m not very happy. My order was shorted 1 ounce. I’m still waiting for credit on my account that was supposed to be added. I tried going through their chat system, but I didn’t get anyone so they wanted me to leave a message which is after I left a lengthy message just to start the chat. Ridiculous.
