No factory warranty. Bad customerservice. Last time i had a problem with a 1 year old Mido watch. They were very reluctant with a solution. At the end i brought it to a jeweller for repair. It did cost me 50 euros. I did buy 7 watches but never again. Bad customer experience because the warranty they claim to provide is practical worthless because it is no original factory warranty. If there is a problem with the watch they only make problems. Better pay a few dollars more and get a full factory warranty.
