Scam Alert — They Took My Money and Blocked My Account
I had a very disappointing experience with Digitavision. After renewing my subscription and making the payment, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation or warning. I reached out to their support team multiple times, but they completely ignored my messages and refused to reactivate my account or issue a refund.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They took my money and then cut off access to the service I paid for. There was no violation on my part, and I followed all the rules.
I do not recommend dealing with this company. If you're considering buying from them, be very careful — you may lose your money like I did.
