Thought I got scammed, but no, I got great products
I thought I was getting scammed originally, as the payment was accepted but received but i never got a order confirmation or tracking number. On top of that their customer service page isnt working at the moment so i couldn't contact deadhead.
So I tried emailing where I sent the money transfer too. Sucess! I got a reply from someone who assured me my order was received and id received a tracking number with the next few days. They stayed in contact with me until I got my order. It took a little bit to received the tracking and my order to be shipped out, but once it was shipped it was here in 2 days. Overall happy I received my products, they look good and im excited to try them! Take away from this - they are a little slow with processing and the website isnt the best but you will receive your order 😊 Also my products look primo, very excited to try!
