Highly incompetent medical provider Highly misleading company name that they absolutely do not live up to. Have been living in Hungary over three decades now and have never met a more incompetent medical provider including state managed ones. Don't ever try to receive urgent medical service through them! Even though I'd told them at the very beginning - and repeated it over several phone calls - that we'd pay straight to the doctor and submit the invoice to our insurance company ourselves afterwards, so no need to wait for the payment approval letter from the insurance company, they were stressing over payment. Clear what their main focus is. After 8 phonecalls and waiting 3 hours, still no doctor in sight...
