SCAM and FRAUD SCAM and FRAUD This company is worse than the mafia. They sold us an "as new" iPhone 17 via Refurbed with a clear screen manfunction, which we reported instantly when it started to occur, only 10 days after we got the phone. They asked us to take clear pictures of the front and back of the phone when filing the complaint, which we did. After sending it to them, we received a picture of the phone three days later, now suddenly with a broken back camera, which Recicle claims was our fault and the same damage that "caused" the faulty screen we reported. Which if you possess half a brain would understand that, based on the pictures which they asked us to take of the phone in the first place, is completely impossible. These blood suckers refuse to fix the phone if we don't pay additional 250 euros. Refurbed refuses to take any action and claims that the seller has provided irrefutable evidence that the damage was caused by us. Unbelievable. Avoid if you don't want to lose money for absolutely zero reason. The entire process has taken almost 3 months.
