Great Machine/Worst Tech Support Worst customer service ever had experience. I reach out to tech support about my machine not firing. They sent me email with guides/handbook (hardly any explanation) and told me to order and change all the interlocks, we changed all the interlocks, which was not the problem. So, we figured we would change the glass tube, (we had purchased an extra when we bought our machine). The new tube right out of the box started leaking water close to where the brass connects to the glass on the negative node end. I contacted support who in return told me I had to buy another tube even though it is leaking due to manufacture error. Great machine when it runs, worst tech/customer support ever.
