BAD

I wanted to return something, but it didn’t work because the place I was supposed to go to didn’t have a printer and couldn’t scan my barcode, so I went to a GLS shop to sort it out. Even though I arrived at 7:30 PM and they were supposed to be open until 8:00 PM, they were already closed. So I went back home and called customer service right after I got home today.
First, my girlfriend called, and I already noticed that the employee sounded quite unfriendly. After telling her that there was nothing she could do and that it was basically her bad luck, he simply hung up. Then I called and spoke to another employee who was actually friendly at first. After I explained the situation, he also told me that there was nothing I could do. After some back and forth, I asked if there was a place where I could file a complaint, and he just hung up as well. I called again and directly asked for an email address, but he said they didn’t have one and that there was no complaints department either.
If this is how customers who have ordered from you many times are treated, then unfortunately we will now have to order from Amazon or somewhere else, because in my opinion this behavior is unacceptable.
