Poor sportsmanship
They don't tell you that if you're "delayed" during a background check you won't be able to work. They made the government background check sound optional during the interview. Was written up for asking for rides from coworkers. I was offered rides to the bus stop. Wrote me for saying wtf when three supervisors cornered me telling me I couldn't ask for rides. Supervisors are hypocritical. They cuss in the office, but HR doesn't care nor reprimand them. Hours cut because I was forced to respect the supervisors. Saying I'll get more hours when I get better lol. This job is a "sucking up to" job. I was told that because I didn't have a car my hours were alos being cut for that. They wouldn't cut anyone else's hours though. They argued that I lied about not having a car. I never said I had one. You need reliable transportation. They were just finding things to put on me. This company nit picks you. New faces are seen all the time, because people don't stay long or they get "delayed " and can't work. Above all though, if you don't suck up, you won't last. You can bring a knife in, be late, don't show up at all, but if you don't suck up you won't last. These are all examples of things that happened, but I talked back to a supervisor, so I guess that makes me worse. Good luck.
