Lack of support
Unfortunately we cannot recommend Out for the Count. Having paid for the comprehensive sleep support, we believe we received half a service. We received a sleep questionnaire to complete and yet received no feedback on this questionnaire. We received a generic schedule that I'm assuming all customers receive. During the two weeks there was very little communication and nothing to follow up with us once the two weeks had ended. really disappointed!
