The guarantee is a scam! At the time of purchase and installation they give you all the promises in the world about the quality of work and the timber and how it has 10 years guarantee on the timber and isolation. As soon as you get into an issue with the window they start charging you a £250 call-out fees. I order double glazed acrostic windows and the windows changed shape and lost the isolation 2.5 years in. No other cause but change of weather and low quality product. They refused to even come and check it out without extortionate call out fees! There are much better alternatives in the market, don't be fooled by all the empty promises
