Unprofessional and disappointing service The experience was terrible from start to finish. I hired them for a deep clean during a move, but when we arrived, the place was still filthy—far from what was promised. There were toothpaste globs on the bathroom floor, grease, grime, and even pet and human hair left behind. I raised concerns, but instead of addressing them, the owner accused us of lying and denied proper communication. They even misrepresented the situation online, claiming we avoided resolution, which is untrue. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
