My Biggest Supporter Carmela was such a pleasure to work with on this journey of finding my first job in NYC. She was extremely empathetic to my concerns and an absolute shark to both vouch for me and be my advocate without prompting at times. Considering the job market has changed so much and is entirely a novel experience while becoming a physician, she held my hand through the whole process of getting me where I needed to be.
