A great company (if you like black mold) I moved to New York City on short notice and rented a room from June Homes. The room was infested with vermin and mold, and I suffered through constant coughing and sneezing and a runny nose and eyes as a result of daily mold exposure. June Homes refused to address the issues with its property in a timely fashion and aggressively impeded my efforts to end my lease early and move out. After finally moving to a different apartment at considerable expense, my health and quality of life dramatically improved. June Homes is a truly despicable company run by individuals devoid of both character and intellect. If you value livable conditions and basic professionalism, work with a different landlord.
