Never order online here
About three weeks before Christmas, I ordered around 20 kg of meat. Four days later, I still hadn’t heard anything. I tried to get in touch, but my emails went unanswered. Eventually, I managed to make contact via Facebook Messenger, where I was told that my order would be processed during the following working week. Several items turned out to be out of stock. With my consent, the order was adjusted.
Two days later, even more items were found to be out of stock, and again the order was adjusted with my consent. On the day the order was supposed to be shipped, it turned out that yet more items were unavailable. This time, the order was altered without my consent, leaving only about 5 kg of meat from the original order.
The company then registered the shipment with the courier. I made it clear that I did not agree with this. At first, they attempted to charge me the cancellation costs. Eventually, they decided themselves to cancel the order free of charge. I also explained that I completely understand that the period before Christmas is extremely busy, and that it might be better to place an order in the new year when things are calmer.
However, January has now passed, and the payment is still outstanding with Klarna, while the company refuses to remove the order. Emails and text messages are no longer being answered.
I had hoped to find a good and reliable supplier for our meat packages, as we consume around 10 kg of meat per week. This company clearly is not. Completely unacceptable.
