I had the pleasure of working with Cristiana as my mortgage and insurance advisor, and I cant recommend her enough. What I liked in particular was that she was very thorough. She took the time to review all my existing protection policies in order to assess what protection I already had and identify any gaps. she then made recommendations based on my specific needs.
She also took the time to explain my existing cover I have and other alternatives that might potentially work better for me. She explained insurance termininology which was very informative particularly in understanding the fine print.
She made the whole process very easy and was a joy to work with.
