Poor and bad description of Spigen Car Charger
I just bought the Spigen One Tap Pro Wireless Car Charger “Only for Tesla”.
Nice product, perfect fit on the corner of the screen. But the charger is equipped with a charge cable that simply is to short. The cable is missing approximately 40 cm to make the installation perfect. Now the cable must hang loose from the screen/charger for it to reach the USB port in the compartment box. The lid cannot close and it simply makes the product look cheap. There is no specs informing about this issue but there is an installation video that shows how to hide the cable. If you follow that video, you run out of cable and the charger won’t function.
I addressed this issue to Skalhuset.se and there was no understanding and no help at all. They simply closed the chat and would not continue the dialog.
Very bad customer service.
