Prescription not being sent and cannot get answers.
Everything started out great. I still do love my doctor although I'm not sure if he's at fault for this or not. But my appointment was 12/5 which was five days earlier than I needed my script. Alright that's fine, I'll just wait five days and go pick it up. No big deal. However, after the appointment, my medication was never sent to the pharmacy and the issue has been reported via the medvidi support options twice. Both times I got a response of completed. But yet no prescription. So I call and get NOTHING! Just another one of the same speeches about the care team will reach out to the provider for an update. This is now 7 days later and I'm hearing the exact same thing. It's impossible to get clear answers and youre not allowed contact with your doctor unless you pay the hundreds of dollars and wait for an appointment. I was finally receiving the help that I needed and now I'm dealing with this. Smh. Not responding to a patient with information as to why their prescription isn't being sent to the pharmacy is in my opinion borderline negligence. I just want to know what the hold up is and when it will be there. The doctor seems very polite, professional, and genuinely cares when I see him for my appointments. But this is too much. I have attached the reports below where it clearly says the issue is "completed" and it IS NOT. You can also see that this is the second time that they've said this with no answers.
