Great Emergency Support and Quality Long Term work We had a late night issue which needed immediate focus. The team sent out Chris to help us. He quickly identified the issue which related to the tie in of our power to the house. He helped to call XCL to ensure we received rapid service that night. During the inspection, issues with the connection on the residence side were noted and he, Ernest and Rae returned to do work on the house later in the week. That work was done quickly and efficiently. The team was consistently helpful, polite and seemed genuniely pleased to be there.
