Strong Service and Results, Just Not for Smaller Budgets Overall, I’ve been happy with the experience. The team was professional, communication was clear, and the results during the time I was involved were actually quite good, especially with the AI-focused positions. The only downside, in my opinion, is the level of capital required to really get the most out of the service. It’s not ideal if you’re working with a smaller budget, which was my situation. That said, if you’re comfortable with the investment level, the service and results are definitely there. I just wish it was a bit more accessible.

Lost a significant amount on Lost a significant amount on a previous platform because of a technical failure during a volatile session. Support offered nothing. Came here angry and skeptical. Eight months later that anger has completely dissolved. Not because they're perfect — but because when things get difficult they actually show up.
