Very pleased with great service! Bought a home here in Arizona with a pool & retractable pool cover - never had either before. So, I called Coversafe concerning maintenance. Spoke to Kelly (very pleasant, friendly and informative) who got the ball rolling. Got a text from Eddie with date and time for just a few days out. Our technician, Nick, arrived on time - what a great guy! Nick is friendly, kind, extremely proficient, knowledgeable and professional. He did a very complete inspection and maintenance on the equipment and provided me with tips to care for the equipment. I could not have asked for a better experience with this company.
