If I could give no stars I would. Ordered the €73 flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. They arrived yesterday and contained less than half of the flowers they should have. I contacted Interflora yesterday with photographic evidence and they provided me with a partial refund, still not good enough. I live abroad and so couldn’t even fix the problem myself, very disappointing, if you order and they outsource to this company, please make sure you see what you have ordered before paying because I was ripped off royally.
