Eva was exceptional from start to finish — knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely dedicated to helping us find the right long‑term residence for my father, who is living with advanced Alzheimer’s.
Her understanding of the Ottawa senior‑living options is outstanding, and she guided us with clarity, patience, and genuine care. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect home for my father, and the entire process felt manageable during a moment when we truly needed support.
