Reframing your thoughts cards
WOW, what a find! I came across these cards when a pack were donated to the school I work in. We all liked them but I was quick to "bag" them for myself. Half an hour later they were gone! After a search I found the already being used by our year 4 teacher, he highly recommended them. I work as an ELSA ( emotional literacy support assistant) and knowing they would be a great addition to my resources weordered some more. Within a day of arriving they were being used and the children loved them. We are going to use them throughout our school and I have recommended them to other ELSAs too. If you have a child who struggles with anxiety or negative thoughts these are for you. They come in a box and have a guide for kids and one for adults too. You can probably tell that I love these cards! I had a lovely message from Michelle (handwritten no less) with the cards and she has been very helpful too.
