Great Results, But I Was Disappointed With the Trial Policy
My experience with this platform has been mixed. On one hand, I have to acknowledge that the results achieved during my trial period were impressive. With a relatively small starting deposit, the system delivered performance that was beyond my expectations, generating returns of more than double my initial deposit within around two months.
The service, communication, and support I received during the trial period were very good, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the system and the results achieved.
However, I was disappointed when I was informed that the trial period had ended. My expectation was that, after seeing such strong results, the account could continue operating until I was ready to increase my investment level.
The explanation I received was that the trial was designed only to demonstrate the system with a smaller deposit, and that continuing to provide the same level of service was not financially practical for the company with a small account size.
While I understand that every company needs to consider its operational costs and business model, I personally felt disappointed because I believed the strong results and relationship built during the trial period could have led to a longer-term partnership.
I appreciate the service I received and the effort from the team, but I hope the company can consider more flexible options in the future for clients who have demonstrated commitment and want to gradually increase their investment small deposits each time over time.
