Good spreads, but plan around rollover
Gold spreads are quite competitive during regular trading hours, which is a definite plus. However, they tend to widen significantly for about 10 minutes around the 5 PM EST daily rollover, so it's important to plan your trades carefully.
Holding positions with tight stops during that time can be risky and might lead to unnecessary stop-outs.
