Hole in the Water
We booked a tour of Chrissi Island in Crete through this agency. Once the booking was completed, we received the confirmation email, but no information on the type of boat and the place to meet. On the morning of departure, we decided to first stop directly at the agency to ask for information since the only thing we knew was to go to the port of Lerapetra at 10.00. Once we arrived at the agency we were told that due to a problem with the website (which gave availability of 9 places), the tour was full and they had not reserved seats for us. luckily we didn't pay immediately, we probably wouldn't have seen the money again (80 euros per person). They were nice to try to call other boats (I think, they spoke in Greek), the fact is that we couldn't go to Chrissi. We don't recommend it
