Customer Service Battery failed still under warranty, took weeks to respond, originally reported in February. Contact pylon tech who are as bad at replying to emails! Finally just phoned the business number found on website spoke to a very helpful person who gave us a name to contact at pylon tech still waiting for another reply. 6 months is to long to wait. Now the batteries left have been disconnected as well as the Internet connection has been lost, unable to reconnect. Zero customer care!
