Misleading product and poor service What I received was nothing like the rose tree advertised. Instead of an 80–100 cm tall tree, I got a 50 cm stick with dry roots—no flowers, no leaves. Customer service was completely unhelpful, leaving me no choice but to escalate through PayPal. Thankfully, I got my money back through their buyer protection, but the whole experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t order here again not recommend anybody to do so.
