Good service Personal Agent found a buyer after another local agent had been unable to do so during their sole agency period. The sale was slightly complicated as the buyer was selling two properties and so there was 2 chains running. I felt that Dan kept me informed on how things were proceeding and that he put considerable effort into following up progress with the solicitors further down both these chains.
