Very Very Expensive Charging £89 per half hour plus VAT. I did not realise that we would be charged while the plumber went off site. He was gone for almost an hour which meant it cost £178 just for him to go shopping!!! He then went off site again for 30 mins (another £89.) Total cost for two and a half hours work was £675 (VAT included). It was to replace a pump in the toilet cistern and another minor part. Flush on toilet is not as could as previous flush.
