Unbelievable BAD experience
Very disappointing experience with Storage King. First of all they told me that two storage units will be enough for all my stuff and I had to pay in advance, but when we arrived I had to take four storage units that costs R4000. Then I gave notice that I am going to come and fetch my stuff. Then I thought let me just phone them 3 days before just to make sure everything is in order. Then I was told to speak to Siphiwe and give notice to him as well. I was then told I can only access my storage unit in 48 hours, because I had to give him notice as well. Nobody tell you these things when you have to start the process to come get your stuff. I had a VERY
VERY bad experience with them. I would really not recommend using them. And there is all these hidden fees as well.
