platform runs the same at 4am as it does at peak hours 😄 i trade weird hours and that consistency matters more than people realise. never once had a moment where i felt like i was getting a worse experience because of when i logged in.

What this team does well
What this team does well — listening properly before recommending anything — is genuinely rare and I appreciated it from the first conversation. Eight months later that quality hasn't changed. My only note is that some explanations early on assumed a level of background knowledge I didn't have. Had to ask for simpler versions a few times. They always obliged without any impatience. Just could have been calibrated better at the start.
