Not impressed
I was quoted £250 for perfect fit blinds for 2 extremely small stair windows. This is a lot of money for 2 small windows. The fitter came to measure up and 2 weeks later on install day, the blinds prevented the windows from opening so they had been measured incorrectly. When they were eventually fitted several weeks later, one of the turning sticks for the blind was missing. I asked for a good will gesture to be discounted from the balance due, due to the poor experience and inconvenience; this was refused. All this means is you have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling others not to bother with your firm. I have other windows wanting new blinds but I will be going elsewhere. Not good customer service.
