I drove over 5 hours from Ammanford to attend a course at Matrix Hair and Beauty Academy, and I can honestly say it was worth every mile. Before booking, I did a lot of research to make sure I was choosing the right academy – and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts.

She explains everything clearly, is always approachable, and makes sure you understand each technique thoroughly before moving forward. Natalie’s encouragement and attention to detail really boosted my confidence and helped me improve my skills massively.
