Lost entire delivery and poor insurance service. PSS removals lost my entire delivery, claimed they could not find it in their warehouse and have no idea where it went missing. Informed via email and passed on to a insurance claim department. Once the insurance dept. had 'assessed' my claim they did not the include the fees paid to PSS (a refund was not offered by PSS) and valued items at the minimum amount possible. This also meant after paying for PSS services I was to receive 20 pounds for the lose of over 300 books amassed over decades. Some items were expensive and some sentimental. Have spent months debating this value with the insurance company who are only wiling to refund half the service charge and have increased my claim for the lost items by 15 pounds.. Adding insult to injury I get to pay a service fee to do this, reducing my claim further. Do not use their services if you value our goods.
