My Goodness! My journey has been so easy after joining the Modern Physique Hub!
It was what I needed to lose the weight that I was intended to & couldn’t on my own.
The App is so easy, I added the workouts I liked & I followed nutrition recipes available + Coach Jon’s advice was my perfect support and accountability as he was always available to answer my questions.
Price is so AFFORDABLE! and a month to month membership. In my case a great combination for my Gym membership, I greatly recommend it if you are intentional & serious about your transformation and health!!!!
