Look it's really simple...!
Going to a large dealer's service department is often frustrating because they're so busy, therefore lacking proper service and care. After a '4-day service disaster' in Dresden I found Allroad online just 'down the road'. I showed up at the morning opening of 8:30am with all jobs completed by 11am! NOT possible at the other shops.
Work completed to high German standards! Nothing but praise to Maurice, Lynn and Bastian (owner).
I'll be back for future work whenever required. Thank you. Richard...from Canada.
