Good selection but slow shipping
Great selection, disappointing shipping. The variety available is fantastic, and I really appreciated the free pack that came with my order—it was a thoughtful touch. However, the shipping costs are misleading. There's only one option for $18.95, which is expensive, and while it claims 3-5 business day delivery, my orders have always taken over 10 days. This inconsistency is frustrating and detracts from the overall experience.
